La Casa Hotel Nha Trang

I just spent 1 night at La Casa Hotel in Nha Trang. I was really impressed and extremely happy because I met friendly Vietnamese people and La Casa hotel was completely perfect according to my wishes. From the Receptionist to the Manager, everyone is so professional, the room is extremely clean and makes me and my friends very satisfied. Especially the hotel owner, very cute and very professional. If I come back, I will definitely choose La Casa as a resort. Bye!

The pool area was turned off. Hallways didn’t have lights on so kinda dark and gloomy.

I had a big cockroach in room when arriving.And I had to argue for breakfast that was incl. In my booking. Staff was friendly and fixed it for me..I didn't like where pool was situated. In the cellar garage.

The room size, price, staffs, cleanness, comfort were excellent.

The hotel is very comfortable, the staff is enthusiastic, 2 receptionists Long and My are very cute and funny, will comeback next time

Both of nights wich we spended in this accommodation were perfect. This hotel isn’t too huge like as other in this area. Amazing view from window it takes our breath away. But also was our room was really quite and we really appreciated cause Nah trang it’s a loud city. Personal was really friendly aspecial man in reception with name Long was really helpful and left our baggage in hotel after check-out since our bus.

Maybe hotel breakfest for European people is suprise cuse its just kind pf variaty to Vietnamese breakfest. But still was delicious and great experience.

Beautiful linen, soft bed and good pillows. Well located out of the tourist area.

WiFi was not great, and hot water does not last long.

Not far from beach, good garage for bike, well done cleaning.

There was only one lamp in the floor corridor, so I had to walk in darkness to my room.

Lovely hotel. Excellent staff (Nhu Y was so nice and helpful). Location was perfect (near the beach). Nice pleasant pool as well. Room very comfortable. Hairdryer, safe, tv, coffee,... All in all, it was excellent,.recommended.

Great location like a block from the beach. Rooms are as advertised in the photos. Mattresses are comfortable. Motorbike rental available from hotel for 100,000 per day. All good except for the last day, which was inconvenient and suspicious.

I am conflicted writing this review. Until the last day, everything was fine. But on the last day, the motorbike I had rented from the hotel was stolen from the locked hotel garage. When I notified the staff about this, he came to check for himself and then brought me to check the security camera footage. The footage from the day before was fine, but for this day it had clearly been deleted for the specific half hour when the bike was taken. When I voiced my concern about this, he told me he would call a maintenance man in the afternoon to look at the camera, then he walked away without concern. I texted the owner about the situation to which she immediately called the staff member and got him to be proactive. I had to goto the police station to file a report for some reason (the bike was the hotels property and was stolen on the hotels premises, has nothing to do with me)I told the owner we would be checking out the next day as we no longer felt safe in the hotel since someone on staff is obviously responsible and is capable of deleting the footage, to which they responded "you can check out normally tomorrow". Coming back late that evening, I found the bike was back in the garage. I took a photo and sent it to the owner to let them know, and they responded "I know." As we checked out in the morning, I inquired about what had happened and they told me a staff member had taken it by mistake, so I asked why they deleted the footage if it was a mistake, he responded the internet had stopped working. CC cameras are not affected by internet at all. Then when my wife came to the desk and asked what had happened he told her a different story, that a guest in room 305 had accidentally taken the bike to go sightseeing, since my bike and his bike looked so similar. I had the key for the bike, so there was no way for a guest to take it, motorbike keys are not interchangeable.

We had a wonderful stay here. Much cheaper than any hostel when splitting a room between friends and we felt like kings. The staff were lovely and let us check in so early, we really were not expecting such great hospitality. The room was great and looked like the picture. The shower was warm and pressured. Although it is further out from the main touristy area we much preferred it as it felt safer and had wonderful food options. The beach also felt cleaner.
